Many devices focus on penile lengthening or traction, incorporating a hinge component for combined lengthening and bending. Instead of clamps or hard constricting materials, ReSheyP uses soft neoprene (the material used in scuba suits) and malleable mesh to correct deformities (such as curvatures). This results in a comfortable, controllable, and easy-to-use device.

ReSheyP consists of a soft, stretchy cylindrical sleeve made of neoprene (scuba suit material) enclosing two opposing bendable metal bands. The delivery tool eases application onto the penile shaft. Once the ReSheyP device is properly fitted, it can be bent into the desired shape for penile modeling.
